Booz & Company moves to Stockholm Waterfront
September 2010 will see the global management consultancy company Booz & Company move its Swedish office into the Waterfront Building complex - part of the Stockholm Waterfront development. With this new signing, over 60 % of the Waterfront Building has now been hired out, and more tenants are moving in.

Australian Embassy moves to Stockholm Waterfront
In July 2010 the Australian Embassy is moving to Waterfront Building – the new office complex that is a part of Stockholm Waterfront. Given the new leasing agreement, 60 percent of the Waterfront Building has now been hired out.
What has been decisive in the choice of new premises for the Embassy is the international concept behind the Waterfront Building, proximity to public transportation, and the high level of service in the building.

TriOptima AB selects Stockholm Waterfront for its new head office.
In June 2010 the financial technology company TriOptima AB is moving its head offices to the new Waterfront Building office complex – a part of Stockholm Waterfront.
The Waterfront Building continues to attract future-oriented companies that operate in the international market. Most recently TriOptima, as supplier of technology services to more than 150 of the world’s largest financial institutions, has chosen Stockholm Waterfront - and the Waterfront Building in particular - as the site for its new head office. In June 2010 the company will move in to a wholly new floor equivalent to 2 100 sq m.

Acando to move to Stockholm Waterfront.
In May 2010, consultancy company Acando will relocate its head office to the Waterfront Building office complex – which is part of Stockholm Waterfront.
Acando is one of the largest management and IT consulting companies on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange with a turnover of around SEK 1.6 billion. The company’s partners include leading software suppliers such as SAP and Microsoft.

Letting of the Waterfront Building office complex – part of Stockholm Waterfront – is in full swing. 30 percent of the available office space featuring the very latest environment technology is already let. One of the latest of the new tenants is paper and hygiene products group SCA, that will relocate from Stureplan to Stockholm Waterfront in April 2010.
