What is happening in the project

Stockholm Waterfront will meet high environmental standards. A smart and effective energy solution delivers reduced CO2 emissions and creates a unique opportunity for the tenants who wish to have an environmental profile worth the name.

The glass facades function as large solar collector and cooling is produced with the aid of water from Klara Sjö and is stored in the 250 tonne ice store. The energy is continually moved between different parts of Stockholm Waterfront – from surplus to shortfall and everything is controlled from the property’s advanced energy control centre.
